•    supplier assessments and supplier selection
•    reduction of production costs
•    management of production chains
•    production preparation and initiation
•    production supervision

The Production & Procurement knowledge group collects the knowledge necessary to organise production as effectively as possible and keeps up to date on developments in production techniques. Using this knowledge, Indes is able to select the right supplier early on in the development process. If you so desire, Indes will supervise the start of production for you, even in faraway places (in the Far East, for example).
